Wearing a Mask While Carrying a Firearm

There is no federal law or Indiana law that prohibits carrying a firearm with a mask. Other states may have prohibitions on carrying a firearm while wearing a mask, but Indiana does not have such a law.

In fact, on July 2, 2020, a spokesperson for Gov. Eric Holcomb told FactCheck.org that, “Under the law, a mask does not interfere with the ability to carry.”
